Where to Buy OnePlus 16 in Nairobi: Price, Stock and Import Warranty Guide
Updated 27 October 2026. This Kenyan buyer guide addresses buy OnePlus 16 in Nairobi. It uses verified manufacturer specifications and published store prices, not fabricated hands-on results.
Compare the exact OnePlus 16 variant
A Kenyan retailer may advertise OnePlus 16 at a striking price without specifying the exact RAM and storage, software region, warranty or delivery availability. Confirm whether the offer is a new 12GB/256GB, new 12GB/512GB or a different capacity. Check actual selling price, not just a struck-through regular price. An out-of-stock offer is not the same as a phone available for same-day collection.
Infinite Tech Nairobi prices and store information
At Infinite Tech, the OnePlus 16 12GB/256GB is currently listed for KSh 150,000 while 12GB/512GB is KSh 190,000. The catalogue shows six units in stock for each variant, but customers should confirm physical inventory and available colours. Infinite Tech is at Rehema House, first floor, Shop No. 2, Standard Street off Kimathi Street behind Sarova Stanley Hotel, Nairobi CBD; telephone 0720450148.
Verify software before paying
The China-market OnePlus 16 uses ColorOS 17. If you rely on Google Play, Android Auto, banking, OTP notifications or other country-sensitive apps, ask the retailer to demonstrate those services with the actual phone. Confirm the model number and whether any firmware has been changed. A seller calling a Chinese import a ‘global phone’ does not establish official international support.
Ask for written warranty and full price
Request a receipt showing the seller, model, memory and serial or IMEI information where appropriate. Check exactly who handles warranty claims, what is covered, whether returns are possible for software incompatibility, and the address for after-sales assistance. Confirm delivery fees and accepted payment channels before transferring money. Do not accept a warranty promise that cannot be documented.
Collection and delivery checklist
Before heading into Nairobi CBD, ask the store for current sealed-unit photographs, colour, working phone line, packaging contents and dispatch date. Inspect the device’s screen, SIM tray and camera lens before accepting it. Confirm the charging brick’s plug fits a Kenyan outlet and that the advertised battery and memory match the manufacturer specification.
