Infinite Tech Refund & Returns Policy

Our returns policy is designed for customers who purchase phones, laptops, TVs, accessories, appliances and other electronics from Infinite Tech.

Return period

Our current return period is 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery. Returns must meet the conditions below.

Return conditions

The product should be unused and in the condition in which it was received, unless the return concerns a verified fault or damage.
Where applicable, the original packaging, accessories, manuals and included items should be returned with the product.
Proof of purchase is required.
Products returned because of a fault may be inspected before an exchange, repair or refund is approved.
Items damaged through misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification may not qualify for a return.

Faulty or damaged products

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact Infinite Tech as soon as possible using +254 720 450 148 or deals@infinitetech.co.ke. We will assess the issue and advise whether the appropriate resolution is troubleshooting, repair, exchange or refund.

Refunds

After a returned product has been received and assessed, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Sale and discounted products

Sale or discounted products are subject to the return conditions communicated at the time of purchase. A discount does not remove a customer’s rights in relation to a product that is defective or otherwise covered by the agreed return terms.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending a product back. Do not send a return directly to a manufacturer unless Infinite Tech specifically instructs you to do so.

Return-delivery arrangements and any applicable costs depend on the reason for the return and will be communicated when your return request is assessed.
