Display

The 6.5-inch Super Retina HD OLED display has a 2688 × 1242 resolution, True Tone, wide colour support and HDR playback for detailed photos, video and everyday use.

Cameras

A dual 12MP rear camera system combines wide and telephoto cameras with optical image stabilisation and 2× optical zoom. The 7MP TrueDepth front camera supports Face ID, Portrait mode and video calling.

Performance and storage

The A12 Bionic chip provides responsive everyday performance, while 256GB of built-in storage offers substantial room for apps, photos and video. Storage is not expandable by microSD.

Connectivity and charging

The iPhone XS Max supports 4G LTE, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, Lightning charging and Qi wireless charging. SIM support varies by model and market.
