Wattage is the maximum supported charging power under suitable conditions—not a constant rate or a promise of a fixed time. POCO M8 5G advertises 45W; M8 Pro, X8 Pro, X8 Pro Max, F8 Pro and F9 Ultra advertise up to 100W wired charging. Older models may use 67W or other figures.

Choose a 5G POCO when you have reliable 5G coverage, a compatible regional model and a workload that benefits from stronger mobile data. A well-supported 4G phone can still be the better value for calls, WhatsApp and ordinary streaming.

A POCO global edition and a China-market edition can differ in bands, software, language options, pre-installed services, update channels, accessories and warranty eligibility. Confirm the precise model number before buying an imported handset in Nairobi.

Verify your POCO purchase by matching the model information on the box and device, confirming the IMEI through official tools, checking the region and firmware, and getting written warranty information. No one sticker or screenshot is conclusive on its own.

Think of POCO M as value-oriented everyday phones, X as performance-focused midrange and F as higher-end performance hardware. Specific models can overlap in price, so choose by the individual device rather than trusting the series letter alone.
