Best POCO Phones for PUBG Mobile, eFootball and COD Mobile in Kenya

Quick answer: For demanding PUBG Mobile or COD Mobile sessions, compare POCO F9 Ultra, F8 Pro, X8 Pro Max and X8 Pro. For eFootball and lighter settings, the value equation may favour an older POCO X7 Pro or M8 Pro.

PUBG Mobile: focus on sustained performance

A gaming phone’s performance in PUBG depends on the game build, graphics preset, frame-rate options, overheating management and available memory. The F9 Ultra and F8 Pro have flagship Snapdragon-class platforms, while the X8 series offers capable Dimensity options. A higher screen refresh specification does not make hidden in-game frame-rate options appear. Before buying, check the current game’s settings page on the exact phone you intend to purchase.

Call of Duty Mobile: heat, touch and connectivity

COD Mobile combines fast camera movements, touch responsiveness and sustained rendering. Evaluate screen response, temperature over several matches, and network stability. In Kenya, strong Wi-Fi or a compatible 4G/5G connection may matter more to your experience than a small synthetic benchmark difference. Mobile signal quality differs by operator and location; confirm carrier bands on the regional device.

eFootball: avoid overpaying for unused power

eFootball performance varies with device compatibility and the publisher’s current Android build. A POCO M8 Pro or older X7 Pro may offer sufficient capability at a much lower price than an F9 Ultra. If you mainly play one title at balanced settings, allocate budget to a comfortable controller setup where supported, a reliable charger or more local data rather than automatically buying the highest-priced handset.
