26AWG vs 32AWG correction

The previous Infinite Tech page mixed specifications from two different Vention Cat6 cable families. Vention’s round Cat6 UTP patch-cable line is specified as 26AWG, while its separate flat IBA cable line is specified as 32AWG. This 8m listing is therefore described using the round-cable 26AWG specification.

Network speed

Cat6 supports Gigabit Ethernet up to 1000Mbps when used with compatible networking equipment and proper installation. Real-world speed still depends on the router, switch, network interface, internet service and cable environment.
