LG 100QNED86A6 100-Inch TV Kenya: Room Size and Buying Guide

Updated 1 November 2026. A 100-inch television is a major installation project as well as a premium electronics purchase. LG’s 100QNED86A6 belongs to the QNED evo Mini LED line and is currently listed at KSh 582,495 by Infinite Tech. Before paying, buyers should examine the manufacturer specifications and plan the physical route into the room.

Who needs a 100-inch screen?

Large family rooms, entertainment spaces, meeting rooms and private home cinemas are natural use cases. The benefit depends on seating distance, the room’s shape and the source quality. People seated too close may find ordinary compressed content less satisfying than a high-quality 4K stream. A 100-inch display should be considered as part of the room design rather than a routine upgrade from a 55-inch set.

What the manufacturer identifies

LG East Africa lists the 100QNED86A6 as a 100-inch QNED evo AI television using the α8 AI Processor Gen2. Its regional listing identifies a 120Hz class display and gaming functions. However, buyers must confirm the exact unit’s connections, power needs, picture formats and included accessories before installation. Do not infer an HDMI feature from a different TV size or a marketing demonstration.

Delivery comes before mounting

Request packaged dimensions and mass, then measure the shop-to-home path, stairwell and any lift or narrow doorway. Plan safe handling by an experienced team. A wall bracket must support the TV’s weight and VESA pattern, and the wall itself must be appropriate. Electrical sockets, Wi-Fi signal, soundbar placement and cable routing should be decided before the television arrives.

How to assess value

At KSh 582,495 the screen competes with entirely different home-entertainment solutions. If the space cannot comfortably accommodate 100 inches, a smaller premium OLED or QNED might provide a better overall experience. If scale is the priority, this LG offers a distinctive option; obtain a full installation and delivery quote to understand the actual total purchase cost.

Soundbar and bundle note

A supplier advertised a free LG S30A soundbar with this model. Treat that promotion as conditional until Infinite Tech confirms it in writing for the specific order. Do not represent a free accessory as guaranteed merely because it appeared on a supplier quotation.
