What is the actual washing and spinning capacity?

While the machine is rated for up to 13.5KG overall, the washing tub can handle a maximum of 13KG of wet laundry. The spin-drying tub has a smaller capacity of 6.5KG, which means you may need to divide your washed clothes into two batches when spinning them dry.

Is this an automatic or semi-automatic washing machine?

This is a semi-automatic, twin-tub washing machine. You will need to manually move the wet clothes from the washing tub into the spinning tub. It also features manual dial controls to set the wash times and modes.

Can I wash and spin at the same time?

Yes, the dual-tub design allows you to run a wash cycle in the main tub while simultaneously spin-drying a previous load in the second tub, which can significantly speed up laundry day for large families.

Can it handle heavy items like blankets or jeans?

What material is the body made of?

The machine features a durable, rust-proof plastic body. This makes it lightweight (weighing around 28KG) and prevents corrosion, which is especially useful if the machine is kept in a wet area like a bathroom or outdoor laundry space.

Does it have a glass lid?

The washing machine features a transparent plastic lid rather than glass. This keeps the machine lightweight and shatter-proof while still allowing you to monitor the water level and washing progress without stopping the cycle.

Water & Power

Does it require permanent plumbing to work?

No, it does not require complex plumbing. Because it is semi-automatic, it comes with a water inlet selector that allows you to easily attach a standard hose to fill the tub. It also features a built-in drain pump to easily expel dirty water once the cycle is complete.

How much power does it consume?

It is highly energy efficient. The washing motor consumes about 500W of power, while the spin-dry motor operates at 200W.

Maintenance

How do I clean the machine?

Maintenance is simple. The machine is equipped with a built-in lint filter that traps fibers and dirt during the wash. You just need to remove and rinse this filter periodically to prevent drain blockages and ensure your clothes come out clean. The plastic exterior can simply be wiped down with a damp cloth.
