These Terms apply to your use of infinitetech.co.ke and purchases made from Infinite Tech. They are intended to make our ordering, payment, delivery, warranty and returns process clear to customers.

Product information

We aim to keep product names, specifications, images, prices and availability accurate. Product specifications, colours, regional variants, included accessories, warranty arrangements and stock can change. The live product page and the exact variant selected at the time of ordering are the commercial reference for the order. If we discover a material error before dispatch, we will contact you so that you can confirm the corrected information or cancel the affected order.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. The current price shown on the product page applies to the online listing at that time. Stock status can change as items are sold or replenished. An order is not treated as dispatched until the product, price, delivery arrangement and payment terms have been confirmed where confirmation is required.

Orders and checkout

Customers should provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. We may contact you to confirm the exact product or variant, current availability, destination, delivery charge or payment arrangement before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, payment cannot be verified, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund process will be started.

Payments

Payment options depend on the order and delivery method. For eligible Nairobi deliveries, Cash or M-Pesa after delivery may be available when confirmed before dispatch. For parcel orders outside Nairobi, payment and delivery terms are confirmed before dispatch. Customers should use only payment instructions shown through the official Infinite Tech checkout or confirmed through our official contact details.

Delivery and collection

Delivery arrangements depend on the product and destination. Any applicable delivery charge and expected dispatch or delivery timing should be confirmed before dispatch. Store collection is available by arrangement after confirming that the exact product or variant is available. See our Delivery Information page for the current process.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are handled under our published Refund and Returns Policy. Warranty coverage varies by product, brand, supplier and unit, and is handled under our Warranty Information page and the warranty terms applicable to the specific product. These policies form part of these Terms where relevant to an order.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for providing accurate account information. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, question or other content, it should be truthful, relevant and lawful. We may moderate or remove spam, abusive content, personal data posted publicly, or content unrelated to the product or service being discussed.

Website content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text and original Infinite Tech content are owned by or licensed to Infinite Tech. Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be used for identification and product information.
